Washington County Crisis Response Unit:
- The Crisis Response Unit provides 24/7/365 mobile crisis mental health services for adults and children experiencing a crisis. Mobile crisis interventions are face-to-face, short-term, intensive mental health services.

- Symptom and Mood Tracker track your mood, symptoms, and more; spot patterns between your health and habits, customize habits and routines and sync with google fit, receive reminders for taking medication
- Breathe2Relax designed to teach breathing techniques to help manage stress, anxiety, or complex thoughts
- CalmHarm offers timed activities to help resist or manage self-harm urges with the ability to log completed activities and track progress
- Habitica turns your real-life into a game in order to make good positive habits to support your mental and physical well-being
- Mindshift helps cope with symptoms of anxiety using evidence-based CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) strategies
- Moodtools a self-help app targeting depression. It offers features like a depression questionnaire, thought diaries, suicide safety plans, and a variety of helpful videos
- Insight Timer free meditation app that offers thousands of sessions, from a broad range of teachers, at no charge. Includes meditations, guided sessions for breathwork, yoga sessions, sleep meditations and guidance, and the ability to track your practice
